Applications are currently closed. Preparing answers keeps them in the current page; the website does not automatically upload them as you type. Reloading the page loses unsaved answers. Clicking Submit when applications open sends your name, date of birth, nationality, residence, email, optional contact and education details, written answers, optional evidence links and agreement choices to the application's server.
Submitted applications are stored in a Cloudflare database to administer the program, review applications and provide status access. The application records include receipt time, status, the policy version accepted and agreement choices. Private access codes are stored as hashes rather than readable codes. IP addresses are hashed with an hourly bucket for abuse prevention; these rate-limit records expire after the hour and are cleaned periodically. Hosting providers may maintain their own security and access logs.
If enabled by the operator, a private Google Sheet receives a copy for review by authorized staff. It does not receive private access codes. Cloudflare and Google may process information outside your home country. Their infrastructure and access controls apply in addition to this application's controls.
Do not send passport scans or sensitive travel documents. Evidence is supplied as a link; reviewers may open it, so only share information necessary for assessment. Do not include credentials in those links.
The operator must confirm a retention period and operational deletion procedure before opening applications. The implementation includes a restricted deletion operation for the primary database and an optional Sheet deletion action. Copies in provider backups and exports need to be addressed by the operator's retention procedure. Contact the operator if you lose your access code.
This site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address and browser request information. No advertising or analytics trackers are included. The privacy notice will be updated before payments, email delivery, sensitive documents or additional services are introduced.
