You may prepare your answers now. An application is submitted only when the website confirms that it has been saved and issues an application ID. A prepared or saved application does not create an entitlement to assessment, selection, sponsorship, congress admission or travel.
The proposed program is for adults aged 18 or older. Country eligibility, deadlines and the review schedule will be confirmed before applications open. Provide truthful information and links you are authorized to share. Do not include passport scans, medical information, government identification numbers or other sensitive travel records in your answers.
The intended application fee is US$19.99. No charge is collected at this stage. Payment terms will be shown before any checkout is enabled. Keep your private application access code secure; anyone holding it can view your application status. A new code cannot currently be recovered automatically by email.
