The planned program includes 20 fully funded and 30 partially funded opportunities. These figures and funding availability must be confirmed by the operator before paid applications open.
Funding is subject to a written participant agreement that will specify limits, covered costs, payment or reimbursement timing, travel arrangements, participant obligations, insurance, and what happens if a visa is refused or the event changes. Government fees and personal expenses are not assumed to be covered.
Applying or paying does not guarantee a funding offer. The initiative is independent from the congress and Australian immigration authorities.
